Perrosviejos the web for workers with experience
The other day I told you about my experience in the I Encuentro de Emprendedores in Redes 16.
One of those speakers was the creator of Perrosviejos (olddogs), I know a funny name but it is perfect for what it tries to convey. Perrosviejos is another way of saying, an older person (in our society, in the work place 40 is considered over the hill) has many experinces to share and would be a very valuable employee.
This great website and blog helps “Old Dogs” find jobs that fit their work experience and experience and allows companies to truly get to know these individuals and find out why an old dog is sometimes a better choice for doing new tricks!
I’m sure there are many of you out there who might have lost a job due to the crisis or are thinking of changing careers but think you might be too old and you are unsure what to do..
