The Beach Community Center like always offers great free workshops like the ones they have just told us about:

• INTERGENERATIONAL CUISINE COURSE (required the inscription of an adult with a child over 10 years old). FROM THE 16 TH OCTOBER TO THE 27TH OF NOVEMBER, FROM 19 A 21H.  FRIDAYS

• Cuisine workshop for people who live alone, FROM THE 13TH OF OCTOBER TO DECEMBER 1ST, TUESDAYS AT 19:0 to 21:30 h.

My culinary advise

My Aunt Mary, with her smooth voice and her gentle manner of speaking, used to say .- “La Paella, with our recipe, should behave as a food for the senses, which melts slowly in the tongue to prolong the joy- and permeate the palate. The action of placing the paella  in our mouths for those who love the taste is an  almost mystical experience. The paella was and is, for the most demanding, a food more divine than human, it tempts, delights, gratifies and its ancestral recipe is part of the canons of the finest accredited valenciana or Mediterranean diet, no one can become a sybarite, if they have not experienced the pleasure of tasting paella with wooden spoon. ” (Translated from Valencia).

When you need to go grocery shopping in Playa San Juan there are several stores that offer great deals. one of those stores is Consum. Located in the rotonda of Historiador Vicente Ramos, this supermarket has very easy parking and a clean store with everything you need for your weekly food shopping needs.

Great products and great prices and one of the best things about this supermarket is its easy access, you can just run in and pick something up without having to worry about parking..

Learn to eat a balanced meal, learn how to shop and preserve food, etc..
