Estamos hablando de la nueva academia, taller de arte y creatividad que inaugura sus nuevas instalaciones el próximo sábado 7 a las 20,00h. en AVd. Costa Blanca, nº16, locales (Junto al Burger King Costa Blanca).

Ateliers es mucho más que una academia de dibujo y pintura, Ateliers es un taller de Arte y Creación artística integral para todas aquellas personas que quieran aprender técnicas artísticas, pero sobretodo experimentar y crear desde su propio estilo y subjetividad, huyendo de los planteamientos académicos estrictos y apostando por la didáctica desde el juego y la experimentación.

Ateliers ofrece a sus clientes eseñanza artística personaliza (para todas las edades, niveles y estilos), personal altamente cualificado con amplia experiencia docente, grupos reducidos, flexibilidad de horarios, turnos de mañana y tarde y precios asequibles. The marina walkway of Alicante (parallel to the Explanada)has been converted into a city museum to exhibit various works from the painter and sculptor Joan Ripollés. The sculptures with themes as diverse as human figures, animals, totems, and so on and also worked in different materials (bronze, fiber covered with Murano glass and others) makes us think that the artist wanted to reflect with this exhibition of his art the daily life in a any given city, and all reflected in his own simple way and with humor.

This outdoor exhibition will stand until December 9th. Other sculptures will be placed in Oscar Esplá Street (Opposite the CAM). This is an awesome opportunity to take a stroll and admire the figures of a great artist.

The summer is not only about the beach and concerts in Playa San Juan, cultural events such as art exhibitions also form part of the summer activities. This summer La Caixa offers a new exhibition about “El Camino de Santiago” which will show the origin of the pilgrimage, its construction and the importance it had in the medieval world.

It will be located in the Playa San Juan boardwalk where it will maintain until September 4th. You can visit it from 11.00 to 14.00 and 18.00 hours to 23.00 hours Tuesday to Sunday and public holidays, while Monday will be closed except for holidays. They also offer guided tours, Tuesday through Friday at 12:30, and 11:30 to 12:30 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

The Centro Comunitario Playas is one of the best cultural entertainment offers around. Each month they hold many different types of activities for the entire family. And best of all these are all FREE! You can’t go wrong.

This month they are starting off with a beautiful art exhibition at the hands of Magdalena Bravo. The inaguration will be held this Friday June 5th at 19:30 hours and will be in place through the 26th of June 2009.
