Winter Sales (What a Fiasco!)
The new year is here, Christmas is over, gift buying is over and the long-awaited “January Sales” are here, (continued consumption).
Well, as expected I wasn’t going to be left out, so this morning, very determined, I headed to one of the malls that is near Playa San Juan, ready to spend the last bit of what was left of my holiday fund.
I have to admit, I had my eye on severial pices.. and I was in the mood to shop…
But to my surprice, upon entering every single one of the stores in the mall, I found they didn’t have a dingle season garment, they had brought out last years left overs (I think even older than that)…A horror, very dated pieces that no one would ever want now..
I truly don’t understand anything, isn’t there a crisis?, and vendors expect to survive it offering such tacky stuff? Because I am sure, that no one will buy what they set out to sell in these stores.
So, I returned home, completely frustrated, with the hope that they will see their mistakes and maybe a little bit later on I can get my hands on some trendy fashions.
