Back to reality
The holidays are over, so we have to get back on track for the new year and even althoughthey say it will be a difficult year we can all do small things to feel better, just don’t panic.
Let’s start with tips to re-educate ourselves with food, easy to follow guidelines that if we incorporate into our daily routines when we enter the summer and we are in a rush to lose wight we will have done it without thinking about it.
In most homes there is still Christmas sweets left over, my advice is to throw them away and remember next year that you do not need to buy so much because at did end it all goes to waste. If you leave it in your home you will end up eating it all and you will prolong Christmas more “than necessary.” It’s a shame but there is no other choice.
If you feel you’ve put on weight this holiday season, if you like, two nights a week you can opt to eat fruit for dinner if you want, but at most 3 pieces of fruit per night with nothing else, you can do this for the entire month of January, but i don´t recomend more fruits or more nights because you would not get the desired effect.
Water, time and again we get to this point, usually when we have celebrations we forget the water, not juices or drinks, its water, drink a bottle of at least 1.5 liters a day and don´t worry you wont drown. Water is the best depurative and if you get used to drinking it, it will help the skin, the intestine, kidney and to all our cells.
Try to forget the heavy meals sauces, eating between meals and everything we know only addssilly calories to your body, at least for a couple of months.
Finally, today, walk, take a stroll if you like the gym sign up, and above all enjoy what you do that is the best diet, this is discussed another day.
