Today, the association diet
Maybe the name is not familiar to you but many people use this way of combining foods without knowing it, but of course it already has a name. It is a diet based on not mixing in the same meal carbohydrates (rice, corn, pasta, potatoes, bread …) and proteins (meat, fish, eggs, cheese, milk, yogurt, nuts, lentils, chick peas or any kind vegetables).
So far all the diets we have discussed recommend five meals a day: breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, snack and dinner.
The diet works because these foods require a different pH level in the stomach for digestion, so if taken at the same time the body can not digest properly, and therefore not properly absorb nutrients.
It does not require big sacrifices such as refraining from eating because it does not prohibit any foods, you don’t need to count calories which is sometimes good so we don’t obsess.
It also teaches us to eat healthy, and like all diets is done properly we are going to see results.
Problem of this diet is that our body can become deficient in vitamins and calories an if we don’t vary foods we could end up eating the same things over and over..
Something easier and that also works is for example don’t eat sandwiches or toasts in the evening or at least not every night, maximum 2 per week, here we also include pizza.
It is always the same and will not get tired of repeating it, it is true that diners are an important part of our diets, but if you eat something different every night for example fruit, bread , vegetables or salad with a little protein, you can maintain your weight…
For this diet, as with all the other ones it is important to do some kind of sport, whether at the gym or outdoors, we need to move our bodies everyday..
