Food Alergies

Currently, allergic reactions are quite common. There are many more people with allergies today than fifty years ago. This increase is attributable to increased environmental pollution, pesticide use and abundance of other chemicals we use or are exposed to, with about 3,000 different chemicals, so it is not surprising that allergies are increasing.

This constant battle overloads the liver, thus increasing allergies.

The most common food allergens are wheat, dairy products, citrus fruits and eggs. But that doesn´t mean we all have such problems, most of us can eat  these type of foods and feel fine.

In fact, one way to know if we are allergic to food is seeing if you have a reaction immediately after eating a certain type of food, for example,  celiac patients, people who can not tolerate gluten, will  quickly suffer an allergic reaction, with hives, swelling, vomiting, etc.. when they eat anything with gluten..
