Published by under landmarks,entertainment,tourists

To tell you the truth, I’m not sure if it is pretty or ugly, because when I look at it the only thing that runs through my mind is the number of ceros that went in to the construction (600,000 euros to be exact, a little steep for a fountain, don’t you think?

Well, this fountain has already been robbed of some of its letters on occasion, and they have been replaced and this is not to be critized, because vandelism in the end costs all of us money just because of the act of one individual.

Alicante is still growing

In a recent article in 20 Minutos they showed that our capital is growing at a good pace and this is good news. Neighborhoods such as Gabinet and San Blas are those who have experienced a greater influx of new neighbors, in the first the increase was 7.9% and 6.3% in the second, exceeding 10,000 18,168 residents respectively taken from the municipal data.

According to the municipal sociologist D. Antonio Balibrea this is largely due to the quality of the urban housing and the environment that surrounds them, as it is  young people who mostly choose to live there.
