Feminine Universe Workshop
As you know I love everything that has to do with the physical and mental health and when I come upon interesting workshops I like to share them with everyone. This is true of the workshop that will be held this weekend the 23rd and 24th of May 2009 Saturday from 10:00 hr to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 hrs and Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00 .
The workshop is called feminine universe, traveling the landscapes we inhabit, and will be given by Elena García Navarro in the Yoga Center El Carmen in El Campello. Elena is a psychologist and yoga teacher who is currently training in Gestalt therapy and works as a psychotherapist. She has conducted field work in Asia and diverse countries around in using body-mind integration and their relation to health in the Eastern traditions.
The workshop Elena offers is a weekend for women.
Proposed to work on :
* The physical body conscience and listening to the body through various techniques, such as corporal expression, using music as a vehicle transporter.
* The emotional body relaxation techniques, visual imagery and craft techniques . Using in turn the projection of images and photographs evoking different emotions in the participants
* The mental body revision of belifs and distortions of the participants that could affect their experience of gender. Cultural inheritance.
