Mother’s Day May 3rd

Just as we published a post about Fathers day so must we write about Mother’s Day, that like every year here in Spain it is celebrated the first Sunday of May (In the States it is the second Sunday) so that means on May 3rd.
If you read my post about Fathers Day, I think you know my opinion. I don’t like comemorative days, no Valentine’s Day, no Eath Day note even Moon Day, none of that..
All I could say, that I, being a mother, and of course a daughter, I feel the same love for my mother as for my daughter, everyday day and every hour of the year, and I don’t need gifts this day, the only thing I need is to feel the love of my mother and in my case my daughter throughout the year.
The greatest gift I could receive (and not only in this day, but in all days) is my daughter’s smile, of my mother’s hug (who is the best in the world isn’t that right Carmelia?), and the one who I try to learn as much as I can every day, because she is an example of sacrifice, selflessness and generosity with everyone.
That is why, even though I’m a mother, this post is dedicated to mine, and for all of you, that I’m sure most of you think like me.
