Halloween costumes Playa San Juan
We already know the origins and symbols, and how to decorate, so now we will talk about the celebration and costumes for this day of Halloween. Traditionally children are dressed up in costumes as per the imagination of their parents (or themselves) and go with the from house to house in their neighborhood, asking for candy, and when they opened the door these shouts, “Trick or Treat”.
which really means, give me a sweet or I will play a trick on you, of course the neighbors are already prepared, and the children happily go from one house to the other collecting as much candy as they can. Many years a go, if a neighbor wasn’t prepared with treats eggs were thrown at their home or toilet paper was used to trash the yard, but this is no longer allowed. Adults enjoy Halloween by having big parties, entering in costume parties or going out to nightclubs where the real fun starts.
In Spain and of course in Playa San Juan Halloween is starting to become popular. From here we would like to caution parents to take great care if you go outside, often children are eager to receive their treats and may run and cross a street without much care. And something else, very important, it is imperative that an adult check all the treats and candy their children have collected and discard all those that do not come in its original container or wrapper and are open. Use caution.
Here are a couple of internet sites where you can purchase costumes for Halloween:
