The Albufea beach, what a shame!
I already say it in the tittle, What a shame the beach!, One of the most charming coves we have, and what is always on everyone’s lips in the amount of problems for residents of the area (and ultimately all Alicantinos and tourists), the inability to enjoy it due to its deficiencies.
I have lived in the area for about 15 years and I promise you that the neighbors have not stopped fighting for a beach in good conditions (among many other things) and they always seem to fail to do so, if I’m honest I, long ago resigned to bathe in the Albufera beach and is truly a shame.
That is why next May 31st at 12 hours, the residents of the Albufereta, will manifest, and proceed to cut Avd Condomina to demand a solution to the shortcomings of the bathing area (we wish them luck. ..), and let’s hope there is a solution including the proposed recreational and sports facilities Puertoamor (what a shame and what a disaster)
Anyway, We wish them a lot of luck on their quest , because it’s for everyone’s benefit, and if you want to show your support from Playa San Juan, we invite you to join the neighbors in their protest on May 31st.
