Alicante Beautiful
Just as the titles states is how our mayor, Sonia Castedo, wants to see the city of Alicante. Since her appointment as the first mayor of the capital she has been working on it. Creating new departments, hiring experts, cleaning and repairing streets (with consequent nuisance to neighbors and passersby), declaring war on graffiti, planting trees, renovating the greenery, etc.. etc. And I would say she is in action but of course, without abandoning other tasks that require attention and are often urgent.
The aspect of our city is our business card to visitors and to us and our economy depends on them so a “lifting” and a “make up” is something needed.. Hopefully everything will be carried out soon and we can compliment our Alacant with a… gorgeous!!
Anyway there iare always respectable dissenting opinions, and as we intend to be as fair as possible in our comments here will leave a link to the great Jorge Cuervo blog and with his opinions.
Se debe dar la realidad de nuestra ciudad(pero toda) y para ello además del video “oficial”, le recomiendo que vea y edite también (lo dudo), el video del PIC Plataforma Iniciativas Ciudadanas y entonces podremos constatar que Alicante mo está tan guapa. guapa, guapa. Nada más que tenemos que ver la entrada por Murcia.
Arturo: Lo que queremos decir es que se está tratando y que poco a poco se puede llegar a cambiar a Alicante y convertirla en una ciudad mas bella y más limpia. Pero por si dudas de que pretendemos ser imparciales lee el articulo de Jorge Cuervo, cuyo enlace aparece en el nuestro, y veras que nos hacemos eco de todos los criterios.
Por supuesto que aun falta mucho por hacer, pero si no se inicia una obra nunca se acaba.
