Last week near Tibi a charming country hotel was inaugurated . The hotel located at the foot of the mountain range just a few meters from the Maigmó Pantano of Tibi. With over 40,000 square meters of which an important part is a pine forest and allocating the rest to sports area, gardens, large terraces, and the planning of construction of more than 2 paddle courts and playground.
Inside, the hotel has a wonderful patio that can accommodate events for over 400 guests, which are located around all the rooms, library with fireplace, game rooms, meeting rooms and a restaurant where you can enjoy typical foods of the region, gazpacho, rice, meat and fish.
At the top of the hotel are the rooms, totaling 12 rooms and one suite of 50 meters. They also have a room reserved for the disabled. All the rooms have splendid views of the pine forests and mountains that surround the hotel.
More information on their website www.hotelfincaronesa.com
We recommend a visit to see first hand the charm in a privileged environment.

From La Playa San Juan, we like to keep writing about business in our area and this time I want to talk about theHotel Mio Cid.
The hotel located right on the costablanca Avenue, opposite the Beach Community Center and The Venecia Comercial Center, opened in 1996. It is situated a few meters from the beach, well served on the town of Alicante. When we walk along Av costablanca and see the hotel, we hardly get an idea of what it is like inside.
True to its name, all the decor and atmosphere is medieval. They have 43 rooms, parking, cafeteria, restaurant “Tizona” and rooms for family and business events.
The most emblematicpart of this hotel are the wonderful gardens and terrace overlooking the pool, where tranquility invites us to take a drink, eat, and especially enjoy a romantic dinner or an evening chill-out next summer .

I found this photo in one of my favorite blogs wtf.microsiervos, which I highly recommend .. Anyway, this picture made me think …. The Three Kings or Santa Claus? Well a good question, especially in my family who is half American and half Spanish .. My children wait for the two (well, the 4 of them) every year ..
And so I asked them..The Three Kings or Santa Claus? I’m not sure if they didn’t understand the question or what because they looked at me as if I were crazy.. The Three Kings or Santa Claus? That’s a very difficult decision and one that they were not prepared to answer .. (thinking of all the gifts that they would leave behind if maybe they had to choose). They said they did not understand why it had to be either, that the 4 existed and because they were American but lived in Spain, Santa Claus had an obligation to report every Christmas …
Ok, so I understand that many people are not happy with many of the traditions that are coming from the U.S. such as Halloween and other ideas that children see on television and want to be part of their lives here in Spain .. As a person who lived more than 30 years in the U.S. I have little different opinion than others .. but I do recognize that there are some traditions thatmight not fully fit when they have nothing to do with other cultures ..
And what do you think about all this …
