Surely many of youhave heard of Torremanzanas a small town 780 m. altitude midway between Benidorm, Alicante and Alcoy. It is a place where you can enjoy nature and feel a temperate climate in summer nights, but we also we enjoyed a sunny Sunday in the the month of December around these mountains..
And the best day to visit is on Sunday because it is the day where you can visit their flea market and find great prices on r fruit and vegetables, cured meats, nuts, clothes, shoes etc..
And if you get tired of walking around there are many bars around where you can hang out and drink a beer then keep walking or make another stop by the picnic area beside the flea market where you can enjoy an outdoor lunch..From Playa San Juan we encourage you to visit this little town.. oh but one thing be prepared for the curves on the road.
And if you decide to stya a night you may want to visit the Clubrural website where you will find great housing options..

We have discussed on several occasion on this blog that we are not fond of graffiti that dirties our city with marks and scribbles that don´t mean a thing but we do think that there are many artists out there that have a real talent and such is the case of Graffart Design.
They offer artistic decoration with aerosol on metal doors, walls, ceilings, anything for your business of home. They also offer logos and graphic design with free estimates.. professional and very creative..So, if you want something different you know what to do..

The other day we decided to venture out as a family and try out a new place in our Playa San Juan, sometimes we get into a routine and always end up going to the same old restaurants..(which is not bad a bad idea, specially because the more you frequent an establishment, the more they get to know you and the better service you get..) But, this time we wanted to try something new and we were hungry!!
We walked around until we came across La Chacra Argentia restaurant. It is located off Historiador Vicente Ramos, and if you blink you might miss it.. but I’m glad we didn’t. Being an Argentinian restaurant and knowing that their cuisine is known for their meats we ventured on..

They had a wide variety of meats and everything we tried was absolutely delicious, their potatoes pictured above a delicacy, and for dessert you can’t miss their panqueques and cofee pana cotta (like a flan but a million times better)….
This restaurant has definitely made our usual places list and we will visit often.. we suggest you do the same..
