Autumn is here, and for now, although temperatures have not fallen excessively we have to start watching out for the yearly colds. How can we do this? Let’s remember foods that have the most vitamin C and hence help us to take care of our immune system.
In anyones diets who wants to be done with colds they should not miss out on the vitamins that help prevent attacks by free radicals, as well as carbohydrates that help us to keep our body full of energy to meet the attacks from the exterior and that require a dose of extra energy to combat its negative effects on general health.

This show, El Rodeo, is one of the most popular in the U.S., especially in the western and central coasts of this country. You can say this is something of a sport, a show, a little bit of comedy madness and it attracts thousands of spectators who watch it live, and millions who see it on TV.
The presentation consists of various disciplines, including riding wild horses (untamed) , bareback bull riding, barrel race and the clowns that challenge the bulls putting a comic touch to the role among other very entertaining things..

The other day we decided to all go to the Bowling Park in Vistahermosa as a family. Our kids love bowling and the chance to compete against each other is even more fun..
Bowling park offers lots of fun with 19 bowling allies, 8 billiard tables, a recreation area and a bar where you can buy snacks and drinks that will be delivered to your table. The kids always have a great bowl because they provide a side rail to make sure those gutter balls don’t happen..
They have weekly specials and deals and if your little ones want to celebrate their birthday there, they offer 3 different menus along with a game.. What else can you ask for.. When else fails, a little bowling goes a long way..

No one will doubt that the new tram route that will take us from Playa San Juan to Alicante in minutes is a plus for all users and will provide a great means of rapid transportation and ease traffic in both cities.
However, there is a concern that seems logical by local shop oweners who think that this same ease of locomotion may hurt their business in the sense that many people will decide to go to make their purchases in Alicante. That is why Fontplaya President, of the Association of the Fontana commercial center and Playa San Juan, is bringing together small owners and they have made contact with Antonio Carbonell TRAM manager to ask him to extend the train schedule until two o’clock in the morning instead of ending at eleven o’clock at night. This extended schedule would helop small businesses and be able to attract more customers. Julian Gaius Fontplaya president stressed the readiness of the Ministry of Infrastructures and Transport to this request. but it will all be subject of a study and they will have to get back to them..
We hope everything is solved because the last thing we want is to see our trade financially hurt so we truly hope everything will be resolved in a positive way.

The other day we read in the Información newspaper that later this year Alicantinos will have Internet WI FI areas in various public spaces in the center of the capital. This project is carried out by the City of Alicante and Caja Mediterráneo, places for this service will La Playa del Postiguet, Explanada, Parque Canalejas, Avenida del Doctor Gadea, Paseo de Soto, Castillo de Santa Bárbara and las Plazas de Montañeta , Calvo Sotelo and city Hall.
To access this service you only have to register on the Caja Mediterráneo Camon webpage and download the necessary controls for the connection, of course, there will be limits on file downloads and large file format in order to keep the network as agile as possible.
We believe this to be a major initiative of these two entities because this way Alicante will conitune to grow in cyber technology and users will be able to enjoy internet for free. Hopefully soon this will also come to our Playa San Juan.
