We all know that sugar does not bring us any beneficial substance for our body, it is what we call empty calories. Therefore, we could do without it, but doesn´t crave the occasional “sweet”.

It is recommend that our diet should not be more than 10% of total calories from sugar, but the reality is that every time we eat more sugar or more sweetening coffees, teas and infusions, sweets have become substitutes for snacks for both kids and adults.

Our friends over at La Kuriosa TV, are holding a casting for reporters and presenters of any age. They are looking for people of all styles to present programs, hold interviews, etc.. on their on line chanel of different styles, with or without experience.

Do you dare? It could be a lot of fun.. All you need to do is reside in Alicante (this is a must) and send your resume with a photo (not a passport photo) to email redaccion@lakuriosa.comto be included in the casting list. You will receive a confirmation email with all the bases of the casting. ( No one will be seen if they have not registered prior to casting)

Book store Deja que te Cuente will be hosting a story time on October 24th at 11 am with the colaboration of Imma who will delight the kids with stories of Hada Marilina. Also on that day you will be able to meet María Cristina Salas the author of these stories who will talk with the children and share stories about her books.
