There are many great restaurants around the Playa San Juan area and many more that open up each month. This area has one of the most population growth in the past year. And so the need for different types of cuisines.

Today we are going to talk about Catay restaurant located in Historiador Vicente Ramos. An Asian delight their menu is full of delicous treats such as: Curry chicken, Pekin duck, Shrimp chop suey, fried rice and of course my al time favorie sushi.

Each year new different and peuliar diets show up promising quick weight losses. It is not the case of the blood type diet which is based more on identifying foods that are good for us and which encourage the accumulation of fat, depending on our blood type.

Some examples:

Wheat and dairy products derivatives are the source of obesity and other disorders in people with an O blood type, on the other hand meat is healthier for these individuals.

Milk and dairy products are well metabolized by individuals in type B.

Cereals and vegetables are good allies in the  A blood types.

Bananas, coconuts, mangoes and oranges tend to be ia source of indigention to the AB types.

If i were still living in Miami what happened this weekend would have been considered a mild hurricane! It is incredible that no more damage was done.. and we are grateful it was not. But indeed there were many incidents not just here in Playa San Juan but all throughout the Alicante region and Spain. From Playa San Juan the first thing we would like to do is give our deepest condolences to the family of the four boys killed in terrible accident that happend in the spoting facility in Barcelona. una instalación deportiva de Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona).
