La Torre Mauro restaurant located in the Torre Golf Commercial Center is an elegant hide away that offers an exclusive cuisine in a charming ambiance. Great food and excellent service makes this restaurant popular with the locals and adds a bit of class to our Playa San Juan.

They have a New Years Eve dinner celebration for 130 euros or 50 euros (without dinner) that is sure to be the hit of the night. If you happen to get a hold of one of those little coupon books that Torre Golf has sent out you will be able to receive a discount on the dinner.

Today we are all celebrating Christmas Eve, the anticipation of Santa Clause and the gathering of friends and family, good food and lots of laughter. We hope you enjoy your evening and may Santa bring you everything you desire but specially health and happiness.

There is no magic recipes with that will not make us accumulate  calories this Christmas season, the only way is to try to combine “stews” with meats, seafood and vegetables with cream of vegetable puddings that will also help us digest better our food .

In fact, the key would be to not overindulge even in a vegetable dish and eat in moderation because we all know that in these dates we are going to have to resist certain temptations.
