This is the dilemma that we go through annually when it gets close to vacation time, but the answer can only be answered by you depending on your situation. To make sure you are making  the right decision you must consider several points, such as: number of people traveling, dates, how many days you will be on vacation, what kind of services you’d like, etc.. Well,  you decided where you wanted to go on vacation now all you need to do is find an accommodation, then just relax. If you are staying in an apartment you found through a real estate agent, there is  no doubt that you will  have any problems because they are professionals that deal with all the details (for  a commission). If instead you did found the place yourself, here are some tips to remember  to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Before signing the contract look it over very carefully, double check the arrival and departure dates, price, receipt of payment you’ve made, if there are corrections both parties must initial any changes, if you are leaving a deposit make sure it is stated it will be returned to you at your departure, make sure the proper parties have signed in the appropriate spaces and that there are no blank spaces.
